By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of services

All prices are listed in USD and only paid through Stripe, an invoice will be sent to the customer after I have approved of the commission

※Stripe doesn't require an account, and accepts credit, debit, etc but not Paypal!

full payment is required upfront! after the invoice is sent, payment must be made within 48 hours. Without doing so, the order will be cancelled

i have the right to decline a commission under any circumstances

By commissioning me, you are paying for my style, i expect those who commission me to have chosen my style because they enjoy it for what it is. Do not ask me to imitate another artist's style

do not copy,trace,steal or heavily reference my art

do not repost my work on websites / social media platforms that i've already uploaded to.

all commission pieces are for personal use. you're not allow to reproduce, redistribute, copy or make a profit off of my artwork under any circumstances or conditions.

my art / commission pieces can be used for : icons , banners etc as long as proper credits are presented, "credits to original artist" is not proper credit, please include my appropriate social media handle

if you do not want me to publicly post your commissioned work, please mention it in the commission form

commissions are a digital purchse. there will not be a physical copy

I hold all rights to my artwork

when purchasing a commission from me, you're buying that one illustration. With that being said, you do not own the rights to edit the piece in any way and that includes : changing colours / markings / rearranging artwork / adding watermark / removing signature

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for any blockchain-related technology which includes non fungible tokens(NFT), cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens(NFT) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

may request for a full refund only if I have not started on commission (please the status of your commission in the commission queue

if a sketch has already been drawn, only 50% refund is offered, there are no refunds offered for completed commissions

if a commission has been partially refunded at any stage (sketch, lineart , etc) you may only keep what has been paid for

i reserve the right to use any image i create as i see fit. i retain all rights to the image as specified, client may use the commissioned image for personal use only

Client is required to fill out a commission form which is found in the respected categories found on my carrd

form can be found on the bottom of each commission type

an email will be sent when i have approved the commission which then follows with an invoice after approval

i will start on your commission once i have received the payment

a sketch of your commission will be sent for any changes or revisions that you have in mind. After the sketching / drafting stage, minor changes are acceptable to a certain extent, no major changes are allowed after sketching / drafting stage

WIP pictures will be sent at every stage [ex. draft, sketch, lineart, flats etc]

can request progress pictures at any time

final full resolution artwork will be sent via email or discord
