By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of services

I will stream and share WIPS of artworks unless you'd like me to keep it hidden (NDA fee required).

I have the right to refuse any commissions.

Must credit my work as Aeriselle.

All commission pieces are personal use. You're not allowed to reproduce,redistribute, or make a profit off my work without my permission.

I hold all rights to my work.

I do not allow my work to be included in any AI database.

I do not allow my work to be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFT, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space. Use of work for any advertising or profits associated with NFT, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

All prices are listed in USD and only paid through Stripe, an invoice will be sent to the customer after I have approved of the commission.

Full payment is required upfront, I will start work only after the payment has been made.

Payment plans are available for larger commissions above the 500USD threshold.

Payments are made through Stripe.※Stripe doesn't require an account, and accepts credit, debit, etc but not Paypal!※If you're unable to pay through Stripe, then paypal is an option.

i have the right to decline a commission under any circumstances.

Refunds are available if I haven't started on your commission(check queue).

If the commission has already started, a partial refund is available (Sketch stage-70%)|(Flats/Lighting-50%)|Nonrefundable after Render.

1.5x price - Promotional Material/Streaming Assets(promo art, Twitch/Youtube/etc usage, Vtuber Branding)

3.0x price - Game art/Printed Merchandise

Private fee :1.2x price

Rush fee: 1.5x-2x price depending on when a commission is needed by. ※Rush fee places you at the front of the queue

Clients are required to fill out a commission form found under each commission type.

An email will be sent when request has been approved which is followed by an invoice after approval of quote.

Sketch process starts once I've received full payment, unless discussed otherwise.

Revision 1: Major changes(Composition,posing,etc) can be altered during rough sketch period.

Once rough sketch has been approved, it will be cleaned, followed by flats, and established lighting.

Minor revisions such as missed design points, colours,etc are allowed before rendering stage. ※Major or excessive revisions will be charged a revision fee.

Final Full resolution artwork will be sent via email or discord

If there are no available slots, you can ask to be put on waitlist, you are required to fill a form for the desired commission type you would like to be slotted in waitlist for.

There are no deposit fees to get on the waitlist.

You have 2 weeks to respond before your spot is given up.

If you change your mind and would like to drop out of the waitlist at any time, please let me know via discord, or email. I would appreciate that you do so instead of not replying when contacted.
